Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that our customers have adequate time to inspect and evaluate their purchases while maintaining efficient business operations.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

• Were shipped directly from Bigtwin Club Spain
• Are in their original condition
• Have not been worn (except for fitting)
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Intimate apparel and undergarments
• Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at ask@bigtwin-club-spain.com to initiate your return
2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions
3. Package your item(s) securely with all original materials
4. Include the RAN and original receipt in your return package
5. Ship the package to our designated return address (not the original shipping address)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
• Our quality control team will inspect the returned items
• Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Please Note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
• Items must be returned in their original condition to receive a full refund

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

• Follow the same return process as above
• Indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
• Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange if the requested item is in stock
• If the item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

• Contact us immediately at ask@bigtwin-club-spain.com
• Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
• We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
• A replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned item
